about

Recorded in 1975 by American folk musician Bob Connelly, this record is a riveting musical journey through the early years of American Imperialism.  Irony, frustration, and condemnation spew forth from Connelly, who paints a harrowing view of the birth of US Imperialism and the subsequent conquests of Hawaii, the Philippines, and Panama. Liner notes written by Mike Salvatore provide information on the historical events that correspond with each song.
